Returns policy – we offer exchanges / credit notes on full price items returned to us in their original condition & packaging , have been unworn & still have all labels on them within 14 days. Sale items are non returnable. All postage is paid for by the buyer and we ask that if you are retuning any parcels by post that you send recorded delivery also as we will not accept any responsibility for them until they have been received & signed for by ourselves. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to our store, this includes orders you received via Free Delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

  • Please ensure you enclose a completed returns form with your order (if you do not have, you can download a returns form here)
  • Ensure your return is well packaged and meets all the conditions outlined at the bottom of this page.
  • Packages returned to us can take up to 5 working days to arrive back to us. Please be patient or if you require your exchange/refund in a hurry, consider sending via an express delivery service

Returns Terms and Guidelines

  • All returned items must be unused, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable
  • We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the item
  • All Items must be in original, resalable condition
  • Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post
  • Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service
  • We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit
  • Please make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods – no form may result in your return not being processed.

If you have returned an order, we will issue a refund withing 3 days of receiving your returned goods. If you have placed an order and the goods are unavailable (this can happen on occasion when we encounter supply chain issues) we will notify you as soon as our suppliers let us know an order cannot be fulfilled. We will update your order status immediately and issue a refund.

How long does a refund take?
If you have paid with PayPal a refund usually takes a few days to appear back in your account. If you have paid by credit card it can take up to 7 working days to appear in your account depending on your card handler. Please note public holidays can also delay refund times.
